We were very lucky to find Blue Dog Boarding and Daycare to give The Traveling Pomeranian the spa treatment she deserves! Let’s face it, we’re all busy with our daily lives and dropping your dog off is usually one of the chores we’d like to push aside. From the moment we arrived Bailey was treated like a princess and the staff was human friendly too!

Do you ever wonder how your dog is being treated while you’re on vacation? When your dog boards with Blue Dog you can watch your dog on webcam from your smart phone, tablet or computer. The outside has sun screens to give your dog comfort when they want to play outside and inside is climate controlled. All of the areas have rubberized flooring for the comfort and safety for your dog. The trainers are constantly playing with the dogs to give them the attention they need to be happy and healthy.  

One of the concerns we have with Bailey is playing with big dogs. Some playful big dogs don’t realize their own strength and Bailey could be hurt if a dog doesn’t realize it’s own strength. Dogs at Blue Dog are split into 2 sections, one for big dogs and one for small Bailey sized dogs.

Notice the machine in the background? It’s a vacuum that attaches to the clippers so as the dog’s hair is cut it’s instantly sucked up. 

This guy was an artist. We told him what we were looking for and he meticulously worked on each detail to get the finished product we desired. Everyone was happy with the result and the experience!
