We ditched the RV to head into the Big City! Danielle gave birth to Ella on her Bday month (October) so shortly after Ella was born we wanted to have Ella’s first family vacation for Danielle’s Bday! We had been Yamping on my parents property in Princeton, MN while we had Ella. We wanted to head to Minneapolis for the weekend so we ditched the RV and opted for a Hotel.
The demographic of RVers is rapidly changing. It use to be that RVers were either weekend campers in the summer or retirees hitting the road full time or seasonally. Now there’s a big movement of a younger generation who doesn’t want to wait till they’re older to be able to see the beauty of this country. They’re hitting the road and bringing their work with them!

We were RVing in Bemidji, MN and were looking for some local events to attend. While we were there they had their annual Dragon Boat Race Festival. It’s a big event that they put on activities for the entire family for four days. We headed over for the biggest day to enjoy a day at lake Bemidji and watch the races. Read More
We were visiting Brainerd Minnesota and learned that the Sprint Cars were going to be racing the same weekend we were there. It also happened to be at the same Raceway that my best friend Justin use to race at.
